In course of the digitization process increased amount of data requires higher transmission rates. The new server board IMBA-BDE from ICP Deutschland is equipped with two 10GbE SFP + Ethernet modules to meet these requirements. These are connected via an optional add-on card. In addition, system integrators can access six PCIe x4 slots for further expansion options. The ATX motherboard IMBA-BDE is based on a particularly powerful computing unit. With four or eight cores and a turbo frequency of 2.2 / 2.6 GHz, the soldered Intel® Micro server processor of the D-1500 family is specifically suited for extensive data processing and storage tasks. The four 288-pin dual channels take up to 128GB DDR4 DIMM memory with ECC (error correction). Despite the high performance, the available processors D-1548 and D-1518 have a low power consumption of 45W and 35W. Numerous USB 2.0 / 3.0, RS-232 or RS-232/422/485 and DIO are available as interfaces. Additional storage capacity is provided via an M.2 slot. Moreover, the IMBA-BDE server board is specially protected by three functions: Firstly, the integrated TPM module provides protection against unauthorized access on the hardware side. Secondly, the One Key Recovery feature makes it easy to back up the operating system and its existing configurations in order to restore them later in time. Thirdly, the four SATA 6Gb/s ports support the RAID modes 0/1/5/10, which allows a higher data throughput and redundancy of the mass storage. At the customer''s request ICP Germany assembles the IMBA-BDE with suitable RAM and SFP+ modules as a ready-to-use system.
